My goal at every photo session is to create a relaxed, enjoyable experience that makes everyone feel seen. I go with the flow and adjust to the energy of your family. Creative Session Fee

The creative session fee is due in order to reserve your session date. This fee is non-refundable, but is transferable.

This $350 fee includes:

A private online gallery delivery to view your images

Digital and Print Collection Fee

To offer the best service and flexibility to you,
I currently offer 3 digital and print collection packages.
These collections start at $800 with the average investment total of $1,400.
Additional services and prints can be added a la carte.
For extended family sessions, please contact me for a custom quote.

HOW IT WORKS

Fill out my Contact form or email me directly at hello@kimbelverud.com and let me know you'd like to book a session. Within 24-48 hours, you'll receive a response. Check your spam folder if you haven't heard from me.

book your session

Once the session date is selected, you'll pick your Collection package and then I'll send you a link to your invoice, service agreement, and questionnaire. The creative session fee of $350 is due to reserve your date.

Prepare for your session

I will work with you to pick the location for your session. I will provide wardrobe and styling recommendations and am available for consultations. Your Collection fee is due the date of your session.

Enjoy your session

The fun part! This is the easiest and best part. I know as a mama, it can be stressful to get everyone dressed and out the door, but once you arrive, prepare to relax and enjoy the time with your family, free of distractions!

Receive your gallery

Within 2 weeks of your session, a link to your private online gallery will be emailed to you. Depending on the collection you've selected, you'll select the images you want and then you'll have your print credit to use.

Can i bring my dogs?

I love multi-generational photo sessions. Nothing is more special than capturing your kids with their grandparents. Please contact me for a custom quote for your extended family session.

Do you offer sessions for extended families?

The most common question I'm asked!
After booking with me, I provide a styling guide that can help you. I can also customize options specific to your family.

What should i wear?

When it comes to glasses, I always encourage you to keep the same look as how you're typically recognized by. If you do wear glasses, I do encourage you wear a pair that is non-transitional with the light.

Should I wear my glasses?

It will all depend on the location of your session. I have a location guide that will provide additional information. But no matter where the session is, I always recommend some snacks for the little ones.

what should we bring to the session?

It's sometimes necessary to reschedule a session due to bad weather or illness. I'm very flexible when it comes postponing a session and will work with you to select another date.

What happens if it rains or someone is ill?

when will the images be ready?

I typically deliver a gallery within 2 weeks of the session. For extended families, it is within 3 weeks. I work as hard and quickly as I can without sacrificing the quality, while also balancing being a wife and mama.

can i print the images on my own?

Yes, indeed! Based on the number of digital images you decide to purchase in your collection, you will have the print rights to print them as many times as you'd like for personal use.

how long will my gallery be available?

Your gallery will be online for 3 months after it is sent out. The print credit is available for 2 months so make sure to buy your products and download your images while it's still fresh in your mind.
